British explorer James Ketchell delivered a special assembly this morning, where he told us about the "Ultimate Triathlon" he has completed: rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, summiting Mount Everest and cycling 18,000 miles around the world. He also told us about values and wisdom he has picked up from his experiences, such as perseverance, showing kindness and respect to others and learning something positive even from what might have felt like a failure. James will be delivering workshops to the children throughout the day, and we can't wait to find out more!
