For the last 3 years, Graiseley has collaborated with Jaguar Land Rover for a design competition in the run up to Christmas, culminating in a visit to their workshop and showroom. Year 5 and 6 had their visits this morning, a what a time they had! See some of the photos and slides attached for a glimpse into the experience, and also: huge congratulations to Harjass (Y5) and Reggie (Y6) who won the design competition in their respective classes!

Years 4 and 5 were treated to a concert this morning with our friends from Wolverhampton Music Service, as well as their special guests Anointed Voices 4 Christ, an all-female gospel group from Wolverhampton who are now also famous for appearing on the new series of the talent show The Voice UK on ITV. We had a lovely time; we even got to sing along to a couple of numbers, and were able to see how it works when a group is performing live on air on the radio (BBC Radio WM). Thank you to our friends from Penn Puppets who put on a wonderful performance of the Nativity story for our children this morning!

The children have decorated the school Christmas tree with beautiful homemade decorations ready for Advent. The tree looks fabulous. Thank you to all the children and families for your creativity and support.

We had special visitors in today from Wolverhampton Outreach Service, who talked to us about disabilities and helped us learn and try out some new skills.
